Position/Job Description:

Reports to NPD department manager

Coordinating processes according to project time plan, project budget and PCP.

Taking responsibilities for component planning from project until industrialization.
Essential Duties:
• Follow-up product cost continuously

• Responsible for updating and maintaining of the Plan For Every Part.

• Manage meetings regarding the content of Plan for Every Part.

• Tracking of incoming / outgoing materials/samples for R&D prototypes and Engineering Pilots within projects (from external suppliers).

• Overview PPAP process as part of Plan For Every Part.

• Tracking of TOK that triggers PPAP call off & TOK sample sealing

• Follow up cross-functionally on PPAP approval/Interim Approval status up until Manufacturing Pilot/Start of Production.

• Secure process for handover of NPD to Maintenance.

• Risk Mitigation during Plan for Every Part (delivery time to Project Milestones, items availability and PPAP approval on time together cross-functionally).

• Other temporary work that department manager assigns
Qualifications:
Education:

• Bachelor degree
Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in similar or related role
Languages:

• Fluent English in both written and oral
