岗位目标：

在项目研发阶段为PSA合资工厂和试验场提供EE技术支持，这是确保项目工业化和产品按时推出的重要作用。

为售后领域提供EE技术支持，以处理EE缺陷。
岗位职责：

工厂EE流程的调试（下载和配置、诊断、测试台…）

EE现代化和调试车辆

具有高反应性和专业知识的车辆EE缺陷分析和问题解决

定期跟踪并向项目负责人和层级负责人报告缺陷处理的状态和结果

与STELANTIS的EE设计团队一起提出缺陷的纠正方案

检查并验证解决方案的有效性

吸取技术经验教训，定期与同事分享，并向层级领导报告
任职要求：

对车辆EE架构、EE组件和EE功能有良好的了解

熟悉测试工具：示波器、数据记录器、CANAlyzer、诊断工具、校准工具（INCA）

在主要原始设备制造商或一级供应商中有故障排除经验

具备良好的技术性和非技术性沟通能力

必须具备流利的英语

严谨、安全和5S意识良好
Mission：

Providing EE technical support to PSA JV factory and to test fields during projects’ R&D phase, as an important role to ensure project’ Industrialization and product launch (SOP) on time.

Provide EE technical support to the Aftersales fields for dealing EE defects
Major Responsibilities ：

Factory EE processes’ debugging (Downloading &configuration, Diagnostic, test benches...)

EE modernization and commissioning vehicles

Vehicle EE defects’ analysis & problem solving with high reactivity and expertise

Make tracking and report regularly the status & results of the defects treated to the Project Leader and to the Hierarchy leader

Propose the correction solutions for the defects in relation with EE design teams in STELANTIS

Check and validate the effectiveness of the solutions

Make technical lesson-learned, share it regularly with colleagues and report it to Hierarchy leader.
Qualifications:

Good knowledge of vehicles EE Architecture, EE components and the EE functions

Familiar with test tools: Oscilloscope, Data-Logger, CANAlyzer, Diagnostic tool, Calibration tool (INCA)

Experience in major OEMs or Tier1-Suppliers for trouble-shooting

Good communication skills for both technical topics and non-technical topics

Fluent English is mandatory

Good senses of rigour, safety & 5S
