Tasks:
- Centralized NAS/GROMA/SPH/Floor/Launch warehouse function detail evaluation/utilization/planning and implementation (standardization of related processes, define warehouse strategy, master data set up, etc.)
- Material flow planning including GLT / KLT line supplies synergy from centralized warehouse system
- DAL resequencing process planning, line-side planning and implementation for multi-vehicle models in one production line
- Support data management and base launch master data set up / update
- project steering: LOP, milestone tracking
- independent planning and optimisation of material flow processes
- data management (collection and preparation)
Requirements
• Bachelor degree graduated in Logistics management, Industrial engineering, Information Tech and technology related.
• Understand basic knowledge of information technology and lookup function
• Knowledge of production process in a car manufacturing plant
• Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain planning and management
• Knowledge in project management and steering
• Knowledge of MS-office applications, and SAP or equivalent system
• knowledge of technical tool (CAD,Visio, VSM and SANKEY etc.)
• Proficient English, German would be an advantage
• Competency of holistic, lean, structural thinking and analytic-oriented while dealing with complex system
• Competency of dealing with high uncertainness and complexity with good adaptability
• Competency of open-mindedness for internal and external communication
• Great analytical skills (e.g. cause-effect relationship between process and technology)
• Familiar with modern logistic technologies in the automotive industry
• Work experience in Automobile industry
• Experience with logistics planning
• Digital workspace and data analytics
