Duties & Responsibilities
●Responsible for writing and revising the database and MES operation documents, make it clear and easy to understand and of high maneuverability.
●Understand the production process, familiar with the various functional modules of MES, according to the need to increase the input, search, output and other functions of the database.
●Export data from MES, generate reports/dynamic Kanban according to the requirements of engineering/production/quality/planning and other departments, such as automatically generating production data reports and forming yield trend chart/defect Plato/SPC chart etc.
●Equipment related data collection, including equipment repair order, equipment integrity rate, OEE/MTBF/MTTR data.
●Computer system software and data backup.
●Promote the docking of Bar-code scanning function with MES to realize process data traceability.
●Import data into MES in batches. According to the actual progress of the production process, update the corresponding process sites of Wafer ID/Lot# in MES in batches.
●Realize the index quantization function after data entry. And displayed on the display screen.
●Backup the detection data, extract the data from equipment and generate the required format. Secondary development of the original data.
●Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, and provide technical support and services for other functions.

Qualification & Requirements
●College graduation with bachelor's degree
●Majored in statistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics
●.NET platform development, and C++ language development, and web development experience is preferred
●MSSQL database management, and write SQL statements for data query, analysis and SSRS report
●Python language, Excel data query, analysis with VBA, Visual report development with POWER BI.
●Good in English speaking and writing, can independently communicate with the US team on MES related work
● Manufacturing work experience preferred
