职位描述：
1. 负责Power Platform Apps开发需求调研和PP解决方案，和不同的BU业务用户开会收集需求，完成需求调研、方案设计以及协调各方资源推动CR上线；
2. 了解PowerApps，automate，以Power Apps为前台，D365 CRM为后台开发Power Platform应用；
3. 协调后方开发团队交付Power APP程序。
职位要求：
1. 拥有较强的Power Platform开发能力；
2. 拥有较强和高效的业务理解能力，且具有能够随之转化为技术方案的系统分析与设计能力；
3. 维护并改进现有应用程序，且独立或团队一员进行开发；
4. 1年以上开发适当规模的应用程序经验，且有独立进行业务分析和方案设计的能力。
技能要求：(硬性要求但不限于)
有至少1-5年的技术开发背景，开发语言不限；
微软Power Platform开发经验（极大加分项）；
PL100或者PL200认证 （极大加分项）；
NET开发经验为加分项；
善于沟通；
熟悉系统分析和设计技术；
能够在规定的时间内，按照要求完成Power Platform需求调研和方案项目的设计；
具有良好的团队合作精神；
计算机相关专业本科或以上学历（非必须）。
