岗位职责：
1. 根据深入的业务数据分析，制定并实施回收领域的运营销售计划，以使责任区域内的市场实现可持续增长；
Based on in-depth business data analysis, develop and implement operational sales plans for the recycling field to achieve sustainable growth in the market within the responsible area


2. 加强与废旧轮胎、废物回收领域现有客户的业务关系；
Strengthen business relationships with existing customers in the fields of waste tires and waste recycling


3. 积极参加展览会、会议，并与相关部门和行业协会保持密切联系，随时了解情况，并密切监测回收工业的趋势和发展；
Actively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and maintain close contact with relevant departments and industry associations, keep abreast of the situation, and closely monitor the trends and development of the recycling industry

4. 根据Salvadori在中国市场的定位，向管理层建议产品在中国的发展战略。后续根据业务情况将负责Salvadori中国团队构建及人员培养；
Based on Salvador's positioning in the Chinese market, suggest the development strategy of the product to the management in China. Be responsible for building the Salvadori China team and developing personnel in the future;


岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，熟悉循环利用设备销售者优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, familiar with sales of recycling equipment is preferred
2. 具有解决复杂问题的能力。

Possess the ability to solve complex problems

3. 熟练的英文读写能力，沟通及谈判技能。

Fluent in English and excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. 具有战略规划和组织能力。

Possess strategic planning and organizational skills

5. 工作地点不限，愿意出差，可以承受一定压力。

Unlimited work location, willing to travel, able to withstand certain pressure
