Responsibility:
1.To facilitate related parties among clients/internal teams to identify issue occurring, locate root cause and align with resolution/precaution ;
2.To keep track of the project timeline ;
3.To foresee and function in resolving the risks and issues spotted;
4.To perform in-depth analysis for blockages/issues and propose workable solution to fine tune the process and current situation;
5.To consolidate the statistics to draft the reports for internal teams or senior management;
6.To present and brief the project status/risks/issues in meetings;
7.Internal Knowledge documentation and sharing.

Skill:
1.BS degree or above;2 years + experience; has IT project involvement;
2.Knowledge of Software development life cycle;
3.Hands on with common office applications (e.g. PPT, Excel, Word);
4.Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS project, share point, confluence, Jira etc.);
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Attention to detail, analytical and logical skills;
7. Read/written English and good spoken English is preferable.
8. Has experience in insurance system business is preferred;
9.Familiar with SQL and script is preferred.
