岗位职责：
1. Program Core team member responsible for all manufacturing activities in program phase
负责项目阶段的制造相关工作
Study, develop in detail, follow-up, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of production, including but not limited to: the program process flow charts, plant layout, equipment and tools, material and information flow analysis, in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives.

Coordinate work package tasks for which (S)he is in charge of and ensure their accomplishment, Achieve all manufacturing program objectives (Quality ,Costs, Delivery, Performance) such as Process and Machine Capabilities, MPM, PPM and Scrap rate, CAPEX, …
协调负责的相应工作包定义的任务，并确保相关工作包的完成。完成所有制造相关指标（质量，成本，交付，表现）例如工艺和设备能力，MPM，PPM 和报废率，CAPEX，…
Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers.

Implement all changes of the production system related to the product modifications (as of Engineering Change Management);

Ensure manufacturing feasibility.

Support the production launch and support the Production Ramp-up.

Report all manufacturing risks analysis and their associated action plans and opportunities.

Apply program Management System and Engineering Change Management and Faurecia tools and standards.

Ensure that manufacturing milestones are passed successfully and on time.

2. Process management and improvement
工艺管理，推动改善
Make production process flow, and compile related production document (such as WI);
制定生产工艺流程，制订有关生产文件（初版操作指导书等）；
Appoint production line and workstation;
确定生产线和生产工位；
Maintain, supervise, manage and assess machining flow according to production flow, PFMEA and operation standard procedure;
依照生产流程,PFMEA以及操作程序标准对生产及加工程序进行维护,监督,管理及评估；
Ensure production’s quality safety, improve production efficiency;
确保产品质量,提高生产效率,确保安全生产；
Responsible for management of ECO and deviation permission, as well as technical documents;
负责工程变更及偏差许可的管理,对技术资料进行细致管理；
Responsible for training of products and process for new hires, and new process for related operators;
负责新员工产品和工艺培训，对相关工人进行新生产工艺培训；
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of MBOM;
负责MBOM的建立及维护；
3. Others 其他
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
遵守健康安全环境规定；
Manage financeresource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务；
Other assignments given by line manager.
直线经理安排的其他工作。
任职要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，工程相关专业优先；
Minimum 5 years of working experience in production or logistic in manufacturing industry; familiar with related products and process is a plus
有至少5年制造型企业制造工程管理经验，熟悉相关产品工艺者优先
Abilities of equipment management and facilities layout
有设备管理技能，及厂房规划、基建维护的经验
Fluent use of both oral and written English;
流利的英语口语及书面运用能力；
Communication and negotiation skill, and conflict management;
沟通和谈判技巧，以及冲突管理能力；
Customer focus, and drive for results;
以客户为中心，以结果为驱动；
