Job Title:China Country Manager
Dept.:Operations Dept.
Report to:Operations Director – Hardlines Global
Subordinates:Inspection Supervisors and Inspectors, Audit team
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibilities:

Handle daily operations and ensure the highest quality level of services. Propose solutions and be accountable for implementations and results.
Enhance Operations excellence and improve working processes.
Bring the pool of inspectors to the next level via training sessions, various assessments and continuous improvements program.
Set up a team of middle management and define key performances indicators for monitoring.
Develop the internal tools for compliance and collaborate with the Compliance team.
Analyze the activity and resources, prepare recruitment plan according to business needs.
Optimize the utilization of inspectors and mutualize resources cross companies.
Support the convergence project within the group.
Manage high level follow up of major customers and participate to clients’ meeting.
Investigate the complaints and propose corrective actions plan.
Actively involved in operations projects.
Requirements:
? At least 8 years working experience in a similar position
? Rich team management experience and quality control knowledge required
? Fluent in spoken and written English.
? Clear logical thinking, rigorous and meticulous
- Organized person with a strong sense of integrity and good communication skills.
- Good team player with proactive working attitude.
- Willing to travel frequently within China
