主要工作职责：
l 按公司要求提供优质顾客服务令顾客满意；（包括但不仅限于：接待顾客、解答顾客查询、处理投诉及提供售后服务等）；
l 能掌握公司标准化的产品流行趋势及知识，并以此提供顾客详细的、专业的选购建议，积极完成公司销售业绩目标；
l 按照公司陈列要求维护店铺整体形象，包括橱窗摆设、更换等；
l 整理存货，保持店铺及仓库整洁（包括点收来货、查点货场产品数目、核实出货数量及盘点等）；
l 协助店铺负责人做好店铺人员管理、带教管理、及运营管理工作（包括但不限于：营造热情、积极的团队氛围；能引导和感染团队成员发挥团队精神等）；
l 部门领导安排的其他工作；
任职资格/录用条件：
l 认同并实践公司品牌理念及企业文化，以顾客为中心，遵守公司规章制度和标准操作流程；
l 年龄20-35岁；
l 高中或同等以上学历, 并持有地区所需的相关证件；
l 能熟练操作计算机POS系统及Microsoft Office办公软件；
l 2年或以上的零售店铺经验,有管理经验者或国际品牌时装销售工作背景者优先；
l 工作积极热情,能够自主不断的提高个人能力,具备团队合作能力,执行力和责任心强；
l 具备亲和力和优秀的服务意识,逻辑思维清晰，理解能力及语言表达沟通能力强，且具备良好的沟通及销售意识；
l 愿意从事销售工作,勤奋诚实,刻苦耐劳，能够适应零售行业工作环境（能承受久站、下蹲、攀爬等高强度工作）及工作时间要求，服从营运工作需求所安排的调店及出差等；
l 具备良好的英语沟通能力者优先；

Ba&sh Asia office opened in early 2017 and has already successfully launched 16 stores in Hong Kong, Macau and China, as well as its flagship store on Tmall. Its aim is now to continue its development in Greater China and to seek new expansion opportunities in Asia.
