Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering, mechanics, materials, economics.

- At least 5-year experience in the purchasing function with the automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus

- Strong leadership and ability to build team environment to achieve target;

- Solid analytical skills, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail and knowledge of industry costing of raw materials, purchased parts, tooling and equipment, facility investment, strong know-how in cost analysis and benchmarking.

- High integrity, strategic thinker, responsible and self-confident.

- Self-initiative, very strong team-oriented behavior and communication skills.

- A system thinker able to understand and respond to the broad needs of internal customers.

- Excellent command of Business English

资格:

-本科及以上学历，工程、机械、材料、经济等相关专业。

-5年以上汽车行业采购工作经验，有跨国公司工作经验者优先

-较强的领导能力和建立团队环境以达成目标的能力;

-扎实的分析能力，对原材料、外购件、工装、设备、设施投资等行业成本有良好的跟踪和关注，对成本分析和标杆管理有很强的专业知识。

-高度正直，有战略思维，有责任心和自信。

-积极主动，有很强的团队意识和沟通能力。

-系统思考者，能够理解并响应内部客户的广泛需求。

-精通商务英语。
