We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing business and work with our Greater China Team. We expect this individual is able to proactively build relationships with prospective clients and business partners to develop sales activity.
This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within GoGlobal such as Marketing, Account Management and Operations as and when required. Besides the base salary, there will be sales incentive based on your performances.
*This is a fully remote working position, candidate needs to be based in southside of China
【Responsibilities】
• Identify and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Establish, build and nurture business relationships with clients’ decision makers through developing an understanding of their business, the key challenges they face, future projects, and plans in order to address their business needs with GoGlobal
• Source and nurture business relationships with various business partners
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities
• Be a trusted member of the GoGlobal team, collaborating with marketing, regional sales leaders and our partners to define a joint strategy for developing the business
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large and medium enterprise companies
【Requirements】
• Bachelor’s degree or above from top universities
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Business development, customer service, or consultancy background, preferably from HR, legal or accounting sectors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Native Chinese, proficiency in English
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and high performing environment
• Knowledge of working with HubSpot or CRM equivalent is a plus
• Working experience for international company or abroad is a plus
• Highly motivated, tenacious and detail-oriented
• Market knowledge
