Your tasks

• Be responsible for digital project execution and software development.

• Execute project based on software products, which are developed by head quarter. Coordinate with CoCs for project delivery and provide feedback to CoCs to enhance product development.

• Customize functions based on software products according to customer’s requirement. Software development according to China market requirement.

• Promote digital solutions in metallurgy industry, including energy & carbon, quality management, production planning and MES, integrated operation center, datafactory platform, machine vision, integrated solutions with electric automation and technical service, and other innovation solutions.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with the company~s strategy and capabilities.

• Work as project manager to deliver project within schedule and cost, meet customers’ requirement and improve customers’ satisfaction.

• Work as solution leader for at least one solution.

• During bidding stage, coordinate with technical sales manager to set up selling strategy and approach to win projects, preparing competitive technical solution.

Your profile

• Have a degree in computer science, automation, or a related field and work in metallurgy industry at least 5 years.

• Have hands-on experience of software development at least 5 years and successful project management experience. Have interest to develop software.

• Be familiar with one of C++, C# and Java languages, one of SQL Server database and Oracle database, and open source databases.

• Have qualified knowledge about metallurgy industry process and digital solutions. Be familiar with at least 2 digital solutions.

• Working experience about business analysis to find out business improvement opportunities and help customer to improve KPIs through integrated solutions.

• Open to innovations, goal-oriented, self-motivated, Good logical thinking, and team working spirit.

• Excellent solution writing in PPT and Word formats, good presentation skill.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).

• Willingness to travel frequently.
