Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for Account Payable/Receivable and employee reimbursement, process the invoice verification in ERP according to company control policy

• Ensure timely and accurately payment/collection compliance with internal control

• Follow up advanced payment/collection and clear it timely

• Issue flawless VAT or export invoice in accordance with customer specified requirements

• Timely reconciliation with outside/allied vendors or customers

• Monthly AP/AR closing, reporting & analysis. Related matters including but not limited to:

-Long aging issue monitor and tracking

- Account break down and analysis

-Duty freight, Un-invoice listing, cash forecast, etc.

-Verify sales records regularly in ERP (sales type, sales account, price, etc.,)

• Liaise with stakeholders like GSM/Sales, PC&L, to close any outstanding A/R issues in a timely and effective manner

• Closely monitor customer payment and report A/R past due in a weekly basis, clear export collection with SAFE to smooth tax refund process

• Be proficient in warranty calculation, budget/forecast

• Work closely with sales to accrue and track on sales rebate

• Be responsible for employee expense report and payment

• Play as a coordinator to prepare the audit/bank/other master data documents

• Other tasks assigned by manager
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance Related

• Familiar with PRC & US GAAP

• Patient, prudent, down-to-earth, capable to work under pressure

• Good coordination and communication skill

• Have a good command of English, both oral and written
Experience:

• Above 4 years’ manufacturing accounting experience, MNC will be a plus

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PPT) and ERP system, Q
