This role will be responsible for organizing and managing Hetero's business expansion activities in China, formulating and executing market expansion strategies, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive rapid growth of the formulation business.

Market Intelligence 市场调查
Responsible for conducting in-depth research on China's generic drug market, analyzing market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing market trend analysis and forecasts for the company's pharmaceutical business.
负责对中国的仿制药市场进行深度调研,分析市场规模、增长趋势、竞争态势以及客户需求,为公司的制剂业务提供市场趋势分析和预测。

Development of Business Expansion Strategies商务拓展战略的制定
Based on the market research results, combined with the company's strategy, a business development strategy for the formulation business is formulated, including market positioning, target customer selection, and product strategy.
基于市场调研结果,结合公司战略,制定制剂业务的商务拓展战略,包括市场定位、目标客户选择、产品策略等。

Customer Relationship Management 客户关系管理
Build and maintain good relationships with domestic and international partners and key customers, achieve business cooperation agreements through effective communication and negotiation, and ensure the smooth execution of contracts.
建立和维护与国内外合作伙伴、重要客户的良好关系,通过有效的沟通和谈判,达成商务合作协议,并确保合同的顺利执行。

Team Management团队管理
Lead and manage the team, set team goals and plans, motivate team members, and improve performance.

Product Development Oversight 产品开发监管
Working closely with the R&D and product development teams to align the product portfolio
with market needs and regulatory requirements in China.

Business Development 商业拓展
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and
partnerships.
Evaluate potential collaborations, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances to enhance
the company's market position.

Regulatory Compliance 合规要求

Ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceutical products and formulations.

任职资格:

MBA is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmaceuticals, biology, chemistry or related fields is required, along with 10+ years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry or related business development. Should have a deep understanding of the Chinese market.
具有MBA学位者优先考虑,或具有药学、生物学、化学或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历。10年以上的通用药品行业或相关业务拓展经验。应具备对中国市场的深入了解。

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Has excellent business negotiation and communication skills, familiar with negotiation strategies, contract law and key financial terms.

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance in China.

Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective business strategies.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
