尺寸工程师：
1.担任VWA现场工程师，支持VWA处理车身车间的质量问题，优化子组和白车身（BIW）的FM；
2.负责与质量相关的行动，包括但不限于：
a） 现场尺寸调试问题的确认和解决。
b） 质量问题沟通和报告。
c） 质量问题分析和输出分析报告或问题单。
d） 与责任部门沟通，推动对策的实施。
e） 跟踪改进的反馈等。；
3.独立或协助VWA提高子组和BIW的尺寸合格率：
a） 分析子群和BIW的AK和维稳定性并定义解
b） 调整车身车间的焊接夹具，以提高子组和白车身的尺寸合格率。
c） 检查夹具的定位概念，并给出改进计划。
d） 检查焊接工艺，并提出改进计划。
e） 保证白车身子组在每个发射阶段的尺寸合格率。
f） AMB/FMB问题分析并确定对策。
4.完成其他工作（将零件运送到某个内部目的地，制作样品零件进行分析，协助零件测量进行分析）。
资质和技能：
1.5年以上汽车行业白车身尺寸优化工作经验。
2、中英文对照（书面必须，口语优先）；
能够使用各种测量工具；
3.基本使用微软办公软件的能力；
4.质量管理基础知识和能力（8D、FTA等）和工艺基础知识（注塑、冲压、装配等）；
5.良好的分析判断能力，良好的责任感、执行力、沟通协调能力，能承受工作压力；

Dimensional Engineers:
1.Work as VWA on site engineer to support VWA to deal with quality problems in body shop and optimize the FM of the subgroup and body-in-white (BIW);
2.Responsible for quality related actions, include but not limited in:
a)on-site dimensional commissioning problem confirmation and solve.
b)quality issue communication and reporting.
c)quality issue analysis and output analysis reports or problem sheet.
d)communicate with responsible department and push the implementation of the countermeasures.
e)track the feedback of improvement, etc.;
3.Independently or assist VWA to improve the dimension qualified rate of the subgroup and BIW:
a)Analysis the AK and dimension stability of the subgroup and BIW and define the solution
b)Adjust the welding fixture in body shop to improve the dimension qualified rate of the subgroup and BIW.
c)Check the positioning concept of the fixture, and give out the improvement plan.
d)Check the welding process, and give out the improvement plan.
e)Guarantee the dimension qualified rate of the BIW subgroup achievement for each launch phase.
f)AMB/FMB problem analysis and define countermeasures.
4.Finish the other work (delivery part to some internal destination, make sample parts for analysis, assist parts measurement for analysis.).
Qualification and skills:
1.Over 5 years working experience in Body-in-white dimension optimization in launch process in automotive industry.
2.Bilingual in Chinese and English (Written is necessary, spoken English preferred);
Ability to use various measurement tools;
3.Basis ability to use MS Office;
4.Basic quality management knowledge and ability (8D, FTA, etc.) and Basic knowledge of processes (Injection, stamping, assembly, etc.);
5.Good analysis and judgment skills, good sense of responsibility, execution, communication and coordination skills and work under pressure;
