A brief summary of the position as below

Ensure that all measurement and testing equipment in the company is accurately calibrated in accordance with national and process standards to ensure product quality and accuracy of production processes.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Responsible for formulating calibration verification management system and work plan, and organizing the implementation. 

During the construction period of the project, participate in the work of measuring instruments, instruments and tightening tools, such as the preparation of calibration and verification plans and processes for measuring instruments, measuring instruments and tightening tools.    

Participate in the confirmation and communication of service content with service providers in the early stage, and formulate service technical requirements in combination with relevant standards. 

Responsible for establishing enterprise measurement and tightening tool verification and calibration standards, and carrying out corresponding verification and calibration. 

Cooperate with each workshop and maintenance personnel to establish the corresponding verification and calibration ledger. 

Responsible for the management of measurement and testing data of the whole production process. 

Responsible for the assessment and supervision of the measurement work of each unit in the enterprise. 

Responsible for the technical review and commissioning of measurement equipment for new construction, technical transformation, overhaul and renewal projects.       

Coordinate the handling of measurement disputes with external units, and be responsible for the arbitration and handling of measurement disputes of various units within the enterprise.      

Responsible for cooperating with external audits of calibration verification, collecting, analyzing, and auditing reports, tracking the rectification of deviations, and ensuring that all improvement measures are effectively implemented. 

Responsible for supervising the daily maintenance service of the company's internal forklifts to ensure the timely allocation and tracking of maintenance tasks. 

Collect and analyze forklift maintenance data, make relevant reports, and provide decision-making support for management. 

Ensure that the maintenance of forklifts and AGVs meets safety standards and quality Requirements, and participate in the formulation and improvement of maintenance processes and management systems.   

Work closely with forklift and AGV maintenance teams, customer service teams and other relevant departments to ensure the efficient execution of maintenance work.   

In the event of an emergency, respond quickly and coordinate resources to minimize the impact on production activities. 

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Major in metrology management 

Relevant professional training and certification, such as ISO standard related training, tightening tool manufacturer certification training.

Experience in managing calibration verification is preferred.
