Position Summary:
This position is responsible for full cycle talent acquisition activities and related projects in order to meet business development targets and people strategy at GCN level and in Central Hub.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for full talent acquisition cycle from understanding hiring requirements from business lines, screen and search suitable candidates, implement interviews, negotiate and prepare offer proposals, and handle operational process to fulfill vacancies;
2. Participate in TA projects. In charge of communication between CoE team and the project team to implement assigned projects in Central Hub;
3. Good cooperation with HRBP team to meet business lines's requirements and achieve people strategy targets;
4. Update TA data and generate report on a routine basis, conduct recruitment status analysis to help hiring managers and HR team to understand recruitment progress;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in HR filed, preferably as recruiter;
4. Diligent, self-motivated and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
7. Good computer skill;
8. Good in English both written and verbal.
