-Build up talent pipeline to support business strategy and people strategy in APAC, through talent development programs.

Design and implement local training programs to build and grow talent capabilities to support achieving the business goals.

-Introduce global e-learning platform as part of individual development tools to be applied in office training across the region.

-Manage the learning and development budget to ensure effective use of resources.

-Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to establish relationships that benefit the organization.

-Support HRD on all kinds of HR engagement activities to demonstrate company value and culture and align with our company’s strategic plan.

-Other HR tasks assigned by HRD.
-Bachelor’s degree or above, having L&D or T&D working experience.

-Well organized and coordinating skill and role awareness.

-Experienced in developing programs and delivering various training courses.

-Experienced in developing training or development content.

-Relative training management experience in retail industry is preferred.

-Strong capability in strategic thinking, planning and budgeting.

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and facilitation skills.

-Proficient with various software applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

-Careful and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.

-Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.

-Diligence and willingness to learn.
