Duties and Responsibilities 工作内容和职责

1. Support New Capability Introduction (NCI) – co-ordinate the new Repair/Build/SB capability. development process, provide engineering support to new process, method, and tooling design activities for production.
支持新能力引进（NCI）--协调新维修/建造/SB 能力开发流程，为新生产流程、方法和工具设计活动提供工程支持。

2. Maintain the Task List of engine maintenance and repair instructions up to the latest ESM revision.
维护发动机维护和修理指令任务清单，直至最新的 ESM 修订版。

3. Perform self-manufacture and alternative tooling assessment to full proof the tooling functions and its applications are fulfilled the engineering requirements.
执行自制和替代工具评估，以充分证明工具功能及其应用符合工程要求。

4. Verify tooling technical drawing to meet tooling design and specification requirements.
核实工具技术图纸，以满足工具设计和规格要求。

5. Provide engine maintenance task work cards (Work Orders) to Production for day to day operations of engine maintenance and parts repair activities.
向生产部门提供发动机维护任务工作卡（工单），用于发动机维护和零部件维修活动的日常运作。

6. Support Production to provide immediately engineering support on engine strip & build and component repair issues, Engine Maintenance/Repair instructions, engine parts configurations, tooling and equipment application etc.
为生产部门提供支持，就发动机拆装和部件维修问题、发动机维护/维修说明、发动机部件配置、工具和设备应用等立即提供工程支持。

Qualifications and Requirements 任职资格和要求

1. Good engineering knowledge in repair engineering and areo-engine structure.
良好的维修工程和发动机结构方便的工程知识

2. Good problem solving and analytical skill.
良好的问题解决和分析能力

3. Strong communication and interpersonal relations.
良好的沟通和人际关系

4. Minimum 2 Years working experience on aircraft engine preferred.
具备2年及以上飞机发动机工作经验者优先

5. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
机械工程相关专业

6. CCAR-66R3 TA License holder and pass Maintenance Technical English Level 4
持有 CCAR-66R3 TA 许可证并通过维修技术英语四级考试
