主要工作职责：
• 负责产线日常状况监控，并进行必要的故障排除和对策制定，以确保产量，UPPH，良率等目标的实现；
• 负责产线制造工艺，负责创建、开发和维护所有工艺规范和文件，包括工艺流程图、PFMEA、WI、工艺过程特性表等。
• 领导持续改善，不断提升生产力；
• 与研发和工业部门合作，负责新工艺新设备新材料导入和产线转移；
• 对生产质量问题进行根本原因调查，识别并实施纠正措施;
• 通过系统和流程优化，实现生产工艺改进；
• 制定相关工艺培训内容和计划，负责产线人员的工艺培训。
岗位要求：
学历：工程，材料或机械类等相关专业优先，学士学历及以上
工作经验：
• 1年以上制造型企业工作经验；
• 熟悉树脂封装 （热固成型）工艺，如LED封装；
• 掌握相关封装机器工艺参数和优化（GTM: Granular transfer molding）；
• 了解树脂封装中原材料和辅料的特性，如环氧树脂，脱模剂等；
• 有处理工艺问题的能力和经验；
• 汽车行业工作经历优先。
