- You need to establish and lead improvement projects to avoid repeating the failures. (RCFA / FI).
- You are responsible to implement the Reliability actions, manage and drive the action plans of failure analysis (RCFA).
- You need to analyze the maintenance KPI's from MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown to define the actions for reliability improvement.
- You will use FI concepts to develop improvements in machines and keep monitoring the progress of projects and priorities in defined area.
- You are responsible to monitor and manage the asset status and the natural deterioration of the equipment within the capital management. Understand how assets fail and proactive tasks to reduce impacts
职位要求：
- You got a bachelor degree in engineering related major, mechanical or electrical, both are good.
- You have at least 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering management
- You have basic English skill, solid in read and write, for spoken at least can do the simple communication.
Below are nice to have, not a must.
- You with 3~5 years engineering experienced is preferred.
- You experienced in tire industry is a plus.
- You experienced in manage a small team is a plus.
- You with good communication skill in English is a plus.
