Planning, prepare and manage all tools and equipment according to the requirements of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Authority, relevant regulatory agencies and the company to ensure the normal operation of production tools and equipment in the workshop.
Job function:
Be responsible for contacting the relevant management agency of special tools and equipment and maintaining and managing special tools and equipment in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage the tools and equipment according to the company Tools management procedure
Be responsible for providing technical specification for the purchase of tools and equipment, organizing the installation and commissioning of tools and equipment, and organizing relevant departments to complete the acceptance and maintenance training.
Make maintenance plan and maintenance document according to tools and equipment maintenance manual or operation manual and relevant documents.
Be responsible for the management and maintenance of tools and equipment, and organize maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance as planned. Make timely equipment fault diagnosis, make troubleshooting plan and organize the implementation.
Be responsible for contacting qualified calibration units and organizing the calibration of the measuring instruments.
Be responsible for training the maintenance knowledge and skills of tool and equipment maintenance personnel.
Guide tool and equipment maintenance personnel to carry out daily inspection of tools and equipment, complete the maintenance of tools and equipment, and eliminate safety hazards.
According to the workshop production plan, efficiently organize and coordinate the tool and equipment maintenance personnel to complete the regular maintenance of tools and equipment.
For tooling and equipment requiring subcontract maintenance, contact the OEM manufacturer or other vendors, negotiate matters related to subcontract maintenance, and fully follow up and implement.
Be responsible for the management of spare parts of tools and equipment, submit purchase application according to the consumption of spare parts in stock, and organize the implementation of the acceptance and storage of spare parts.
Propose suggestions or schemes for the transformation and upgrading of tools and equipment by the workshop usage.

Competencies and skills:
Excellent analysis ability, troubleshooting ability, ability to solve and improve systems and equipment.
Master relevant professional knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, transmission systems, control systems, etc.
Be able to read and understand mechanical design drawings, electrical control circuit drawings, electronic circuit and other relevant drawings.
Be able to use CAD software skillfully and have certain mechanical drawing ability.
Master the PLC control principle and have the ability of PLC programming.
Master CNC system and inverter control knowledge.
Be able to skillfully use various maintenance tools, instruments, meters, etc.
Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations about the safety production.
Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations of special equipment.
Know the processing technology of equipment parts.
Know the computer technology knowledge and basic network knowledge of industrial computers.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in aviation machinery or avionics is preferred.
At least 10 years of working experience in tools and equipment in the aviation field, including at least 5 years in the field of aeroengine overhaul.
Good English level in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
No records of maintenance error in recent 2 years.

工作职责:
负责联系特种工具设备的相关管理部门，按照相关法律法规做好特种工具设备的维护管理工作。
按照公司制定的工具设备管理程序文件做好工具设备的管理。 负责对工具设备的采购提供技术建议，组织实施工装设备的安装调试工作，组织相关部门完成工具设备验收和维护培训。
根据工具设备维护手册或操作手册等文件制定工具设备的维护计划和维护文件。 负责工具设备维护管理工作，组织维护人员按计划实施工具设备维护。及时进行设备故障诊断，制定排故方案并组织实施。
负责联系具备资质的计量单位，组织实施计量器具的校验工作。
负责工具设备维护人员的维护知识和技能培训。
指导工具设备维护人员做好工具设备日常检查，完成工具设备故障维修和维护工作，消除隐患。
根据车间生产计划，高效组织和协调工具设备维护人员完成工具设备的定期维护。
对于需要外部维修的工装设备，联系OEM制造商或其他维修服务供应商，商定外包维修的相关事宜，并全面跟进和实施。
负责工具设备的备件管理，根据库存备件的消耗情况提交采购申请，并负责组织实施备件的验收和储存。
根据车间生产实际情况，提出工具设备改造升级的建议或方案。
任职要求:
具备出色的分析能力，故障排除能力，解决和改进系统和设备的能力。
掌握机械及液压系统，润滑系统，传动系统，控制系统等相关专业知识。
能阅读理解机械设计图纸，电气控制线路图纸，电子电路图纸。
能熟练使用CAD软件，具备一定的机械制图能力。
能熟练使用CAD软件，具备一定的机械制图能力。
掌握CNC系统知识，变频器控制知识。
能熟练使用各种维修工具，仪器仪表等。
熟悉安全生产相关法律法规。
熟悉特种设备相关法规。
了解设备零件加工工艺。

教育背景和工作经验要求:
大学本科（含）以上学历或同等学历，航空机械或航空电子类专业优先考虑。
至少10年的航空领域工具设备工作经验，其中至少5年在航空发动机大修领域。
良好的英语听说读写能力。
近2年内无维修差错记录。

Beijing Aero Engine Services Co., Ltd. (BAESL) is a 50-50% joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Air China established in 2022. The newly established company will gradually provide MRO maintenance support for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent XWB-84 and Trent 1000 engines, with plans to operate at maximum capacity by the mid-2030s. It can support 250 Trent series engines into the factory for maintenance every year. The facility will offer MRO services to Air China as well as other airline customers based in Greater China and beyond.
BAESL is the first joint venture company of Trent series in Chinese Mainland and the fourth in the world for Rolls Royce global maintenance network. The establishment marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between Air China and Rolls-Royce in the field of civil engine after-sales maintenance. This move will enrich the coverage of Air China's maintenance section and expand the scope of engine overhaul capabilities, effectively promote the development of the aircraft maintenance industry, effectively reduce the operation and support risk of high-thrust engines, improve the operation level of Aviation China fleet, and further protect the flight safety of the airlines’ fleet.
