Job Description ：


• Participate in collecting data on capacity and resource planning

• Participate in compiling simple profitability analyses and site examinations

• Participate in developing and implementing measures for sustainable logistics supply quality

• Participate in process optimization, e.g. by compiling value streams as a planning basis.

• Participate in the planning and implementation of simple provision concepts in production within the scope of a carline project and/or cross-site per agreement with central logistics planning.

• Participate in permanently optimizing simple material flows at the appropriate plant within the scope of a carline project or across the sites per agreement with central logistics planning.

• Participate in conducting industrial manufacture workshops to work out mutual solutions and to optimized cooperation between logistics and production.

• Participate in defining logistics product structures, compiling rough packaging concepts and industrial manufacture according to the workshop concept.

• Participate in compiling emergency plans

• Determine necessary storage levels and storage options according to the standards/guidelines (high-bay racks, marketplace, supermarket, JIS picking, block warehouse, AULA) and their regular optimization after changes

• Apply systems and calculation tools for storage levels, FIFO buffers, route planning and the necessary Kanban buffers

• Show capacity utilization of the storage levels over the time axis

• Ensure clear, current marking of sources, dips, routes, stops etc. at the plant

• Identify, suggest and carry out/check process improvements in the logistics area

• Participate in compiling production and logistics control concepts with the aim of achieving lean, logistics handling.

• Participate in compiling documentation like logistics concepts, logistics requirement specification and work out presentation documents


Job and Work Requirements：

• University degree in logistics or similar field

• 3-5 years’ experience in automatic logistics area

• Automotive logistics, material flow planning, Lean Production, project management, similar field

• Presentation skills, EDP skills (especially Excel)

• Fluent oral English skill

• Ability to deal with conflicts
