Are you able to manage projects efficiently from high level design to incident trouble shooting?
We're looking for someone like that who can help us:

- Communicate, research, and analyze business requirements for all business streams across futures

- Look through futures order/settlement flow from front to back, and able to identify the key risk points

- Provide best IT solution to business users, and facilitate the communication, education, and sign-off

- Collaborate with all stakeholders, connected teams including trading, compliance, risk, operations, finance as well as DEV/QA

- Manage vendor to implement the solution with delivery quality and cost efficiency

- Review technical design, test cases, and evidences to make sure the delivery quality

- Manage SDLC and documents for projects and IT management

- Facilitate production roll-out with IT policy, and provide post-implementation support

- Share workload with team members

Your team :

You’ll be working in the IT team in Shanghai. Our role is to support business front to back to achieve company strategy, and align with both regulator's requirements and UBS standards.

Your expertise :

You have:

– University degree of Computer Science or related majors

– Experience and knowledge of Cash Equity / Futures trading in China market or other markets

-Python experience is preferred

-Have basic knowledge of FIX protocal

– Analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills

- Very good communication and facilitation skills

- Good Excel analytical and reporting skills

- PMP is preferable

- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability

- Fluent in English speaking and writing
