The candidate’s main duties & responsibilities are to provide supports on all types of IP matters occurring in APAC region with good collaboration with team members:
In this role, you will…
? Provides supports on all types of IP matters and corporate matters;
? Conduct legal research about IP and AI laws in APAC markets;
? Prepare evidence and other documents in support of contentious and non-contentious IP matters
? Conduct online investigation against IP infringement activities;
? Conduct trademark and patent searches
? Explore how AI tools can facilitate daily IP works;
In this role, you’ll need …
Qualification:
? Postgraduate student from IP law school
? PRC bar
? Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details
? Good time management, ability to work both independently and within a team environment
? Excellent command of spoken and written English
? 3 days/week working time
