【职位描述】
Job Purpose
Prepare, execute and analyze output of practical experiments in line with the RD&I project and functional standards of the department. As part of a project team contribute to the realization of objectives of innovative or developmental projects.
Key Accountabilities
• Delivering project results on time
• Feasible and timely development according to business needs
• Correct use of methodologies and tools
• Protection of Nouryon technologies
• Generate IP
• Contribute with input to HNTE subsidy program
Key Activities
• Maintains and promotes a safe work environment, complying with safety policies and procedures. Follows safe work practices for personal and equipment safety, in both the laboratory and in the field. End results are zero or minimum safety incidents and a clean, orderly working environment
• Conducts a significant level of process and synthesis work in the lab as defined in the project plan
• Documents lab results through appropriate means including laboratory notebooks, interim and full reports, project meeting minutes, and monthly summaries. When visiting customers, writes call reports with its corresponding action items
• Spends significant time in the lab. Asks appropriate questions to clarify requirements, expectations and critical performance parameters
• Familiarity with characterization techniques such as mechanical, chemical and related techniques


【任职要求】
• Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical technology, material science or a directly related field
• Know about patent, including writing, searching and analyzing the patent
• Strong result orientated analysis and problem-solving capability
• Good at English, both written and oral
• 1~ 2 years of experience and great fresh graduate also can be acceptable
