Responsibilities

▪Ensure daily, monthly and yearly accounting and tax activities are performed in line with Chinese GAAPS, ensure the accounting department and documentations are duly organized

▪Fully deploy and maintain local ERP on Accounting & Controlling modules, support deployment of other modules and ensure proper integration with Finance Statements

▪Deploy and follow a robust Cash-Flow follow-up, anticipate funding needs, improve working capital needs and evaluate possible sources of financing

▪Deploy a robust Internal Control Framework, implement related procedures, train the team and deploy improvement plans

▪Manage Cost Accounting, Hourly Rates calculations, Stock valuation, Margin by products and propose corrective actions

▪Perform monthly reporting in line with VALEO’s standards, drive Budget and Mid Term plan processes, ensure financial accounting and reporting are in line with VALEO’s standards

▪Take an active part in the Business Controlling, support RFQs’ offers preparation, ensure reliability of costing, follow new projects expenditures and monitor margins and profitability, assess capitalization of new projects, periodically perform impairment tests

▪Deploy VALEO’s Finance procedure (Finance, Controlling, Internal Control) in a smart way, taking into account the size and resources of the Joint-Venture

▪Ensure smooth relations between the Joint-Venture partners: consider both positions, evaluate best alternatives and communicate regularly with General Manager and VALEO teams.

▪Co-management of Site IS support

▪Support preparation of Board meetings

▪People management: Identify tasks and priorities, assess skills & resources needs in line with the JV’s growth, hire, train and develop team members


Requirements

▪6 to 10 years work experience minimum, in accounting & auditing, Internal Control and Controlling

▪Strong integrity and transparency, compliance approach

▪Ability to work in Chinese and English fluently

▪Be able to work in a family business company, being flexible and agile in handling work affairs, while working to bring the procedures at the standards of a MNC.

▪Entrepreneurial mind-set, team player person, ability to deal with potential divergent interests, to discuss and find compromises.

▪The position requires high level of autonomy on a daily basis, while ensuring the alignment to Valeo’s Financial policy

▪Ability to identify issues / potential improvement, to prepare action plan and implement them.

▪Good communication skills in Chinese and in English

▪Exposure in an MNC’s company preferred. Ability to adapt to complex organization and to understand the decision’s making process in a local company and in an MNC.

▪Zhejiang’s province local person preferred
