工作职责：

- Assist the branch manager to do a good job in the daily management of dealers

协助分公司经理做好经销商的日常管理工作

- Issue monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and reports of the department on time and accurately, transmit and collect various sales data, and provide analytical opinions and suggestions

准时准确的出具部门月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告，传递与收集各种销售数据，提供分析意见和建议

- Responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of sales contracts and other documents of the department

负责本部门销售合同及其他文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作

- Coordination and arrangement of regional and departmental meetings

大区会议及部门会议的协调与安排

- Handle departmental administrative matters and keep in close contact with all departments of the company

处理部门行政事物，与公司各部门紧密联系

- Familiar with the job responsibilities and work schedule, business processes, interpersonal relationships, product knowledge, etc.

熟悉所在岗位的工作职责和工作日程、业务流程、人际关系、产品知识等

- Responsible for reconciliation and invoicing of direct sales business

负责直销业务的对账开票等事宜

- Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors

积极完成上级领导委派的的其它工作任务
任职要求：

Education & Certification 教育及专业资质背景：

-Bachelor degree or above

本科及以上学历

Knowledge and Specific Skills Required 所需的知识和特定技能：

-Proficient in the use of office and other office software

熟练运用office等办公软件

-Good command of English, normal listening, speaking, reading and writing

英文良好,正常听说读写

-Organized and good team spirit

条理清晰、有良好的团队协作精神

-Cheerful personality, quick thinking, strong learning ability, strong communication, coordination skills and organizational planning skills

性格开朗，思维敏捷，学习能力强，具有较强的沟通、协调能力和组织策划能力
