Brief description of the position：

Ensure the development of function that can meet the function safety related standard or regulations such as - Plan, coordinate and implement of supporting tasks within function-oriented development.
Ensure the realization of the functions(eg.,ADAS, Car Connect) required by the project development in the vehicle.

Key Tasks:

Define the function safety scope and level
As the centralized roll to lead the development procedure of each department 
Coordinate and perform cross-functional work on function-oriented development.
Coordinate, review and provide function lists (FuLi) and associated function-oriented development
Make the plan for function ramp up
Work closely with Compound management
Evaluate, align and finish maturity reports of vehicle functions.
Check functional specifications of cars and schedule timeline of Integration system management. including:

Ø Analyzing, evaluating and interpreting the contents as well as planning and tracking the deadlines.

Ø Developing, coordinating and implementing processes within the framework of integration stage management.

Ø Definition of test cases and planning of functional tests in the vehicle.

Ø Coordinate, review and provide release documents within the function-oriented development process.

Qualification and Skills:

Engineering Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering, Automotive engineering or Electrical Engineering or similar
Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken)
Working experience in vehicle function development, Electronic/Electrical testing, ECU Compound management, etc.
Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
Good presentation and communication skill
Good knowledge or certification of function safety standards or regulations
Germany is a plus.
 Work experience in VW group is a plus.
