崗位職責：
1、開拓大灣區市場醫療、醫美業務，根據業務目標，制定有效方案，實現商戶合作，高效達成業務結果。
2、負責商戶業績增長和客戶成功，能夠深刻理解商戶的經營邏輯，給到有效可行的運營解決方案。
3、整合內外部資源，聯合商戶運營，制定落地方案和傳播策略，通過線上線下營銷活動，推動商戶業績增長；為平台和客戶沉澱更多能力，配合市場團隊推動雙方品牌形象的打造，提升平台影響力和品牌美譽度。
4、推動與目標市場商戶建立全方位戰略合作關係。

崗位要求：
1、本科以上學歷，有港澳或者海外學習經驗優先考慮。
2、母語粵語，普通話和英語流利優先考慮。
3、3年以上大客戶銷售工作經驗，1年以上醫療或醫美行業從業經歷，有粵港澳大灣區工作經驗者優先考慮。
4、具備良好的業務開發、拓展、談判能力，有敏銳的洞察和分析能力，突出的溝通表達能力。敬業度高，自我驅動性強，目標感強，結果導向。
5、掌握互聯網平台運營，熟悉醫美醫療健康行業，了解消費者心態、客戶關係管理、品牌主需求。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop medical healthcare and medical beauty businesses in the Greater Bay Area, formulate effective plans based on business objectives, and efficiently achieve business results.
2. Responsible for local service providers’ business growth and success, able to deeply understand the service providers’ business logic, and provide effective and feasible operational solutions.
3. Integrate internal and external resources, collaborate with service provider to develop online and offline marketing campaigns, drive business growth. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote service provider’s brand, enhance the platform's influence and brand reputation.
4. Promote comprehensive strategic cooperation with target market service providers.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Hong Kong, Macao, or overseas study experience preferred.
2. Native Cantonese speaker, fluent in Mandarin and English preferred.
3. More than 3 years of experience in key account sales, more than 1 year of experience in medical healthcare or medical beauty industry, and work experience in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area preferred.
4. Good business development, expansion, and negotiation skills, with insight and analysis ability, outstanding communication and expression ability. High level of professionalism, self-driven, and results-oriented.
5. Proficient in internet platform operations, familiar with the medical health or medical beauty industry, and knowledgeable about consumer psychology, customer relationship management, and branding.
