6个月实习岗位，物流专业或英语专业应届毕业生，要求：良好的英语读写能力（实际工作邮件往来都要用英语），责任心强，细致有耐心。
The overall tasks and responsibilities will be –but not limited- to:
- Monitor the correct and smooth flow of all shipments (all shipping methods) in export/import from/to all suppliers managed by Guangzhou Branch office, including monitoring the correct execution of export/import procedures.
-Keep precise record of shipments and shipping documents with consequential data entry in SAP system according to company’s requirements.
- Understand business requirement to provide solutions with expertise of China declaration and CIQ regulations, dealing with possible new challenging problems and being always updated on regulations changes.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Supply Chain Planning dept. both from Guangzhou branch and Italian Headquarter), forwarders, warehouses on shipment planning, discrepancy, QC inspection at warehouses, issues resolution and improvement initiatives.
- Respond all enquiries from the Italian Headquarters.
- Guide suppliers/forwarders/warehouses to comply with shipping instructions per customer needs
- Identify and lead continuous improvements in the area of service and transportation optimization.
- Resolve disputes of compensation and expense among vendors and partnerships
- Respond to headquarter upon duty or custom policies enquiries
- Support in ad-hoc tasks in and out
- Support on logistics and customs matters
总体任务和职责包括但不限于：
-监控广州分公司管理的所有供应商进出口的所有货物（所有运输方式）的正确和顺利进行，包括监督进出口程序的正确执行。
-根据公司要求，在SAP系统中准确记录发货和装运单据，并输入相应的数据。
-了解业务需求，以中国报关和出入境检验检疫法规的专业知识提供解决方案，处理可能出现的新的挑战性问题，并随时了解法规变化。
-与跨职能团队（广州分公司和意大利总部的供应链计划部）、货代、仓库协调发货计划、差异、仓库QC检查、问题解决和改进措施。
-回答意大利总部的所有询问。
-指导供应商/货代/仓库根据客户需求遵守装运指示
-识别并***和运输优化领域的持续改进。
-解决供应商和合作伙伴之间的赔偿和费用纠纷
-响应总部相关工作或海关政策询问
-支持临时任务
-后勤和海关事务支持
