Provide technical support to component repair to develop, maintain and continuously improve component repair processes and/or methods, which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet company and third-party customer requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and Leadtime (SQCD).
Job function:
According to customer contracts, manufacturer recommendations and company experience, provide component repair work for engine components of company and third-party customers to ensure that all repair requirements within the scope of work are covered.
Responsible for the development of component repair capability.
Be responsible for the management of technical documents and manuals.
Prepare and maintain all kinds of work order cards in accordance with CAAC regulations and company related procedures to ensure that they are in the latest version and valid state.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support during component repair, and explain the technical manual to clarify technical problems.
Prepare TV request based on engineering evaluation and communicate technical deviation to manufacturer.
Cooperate with manufacturer for technical consultation and one-time concession application.
Cooperate with manufacturer for continuous improvement of process flow.
Conduct investigation and root cause analysis of technical problems during component repair.
Communicate and negotiate with manufacturer on equivalence assessment and approval, and formulation of repair scheme beyond the manual.
Be responsible for preparing technical documents and planning the list of required tooling, equipment and material, when applying for new capabilities.
Responsible for outsourcing of single process of component repair.
Provide training and retraining for new employees, workshop technicians at different levels and engineers from other departments.
Competency and skills:
Understand the structural and functional characteristics of turbine engines.
Be familiar with manufacturer technical manual and engineering technical document system and be able to use them skillfully.
Understand the engine maintenance program (EMP).
Master the preparation and revision of engine work order cards and engineering technical documents.
Master the evaluation and revision of engine technical manual, AD, SB and other relevant technical documents.
Have consolidate basic knowledge of engine component repair process and the ability to continuously improve.
Ability to formulate technical training and retraining materials and give lectures.
Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent, major in NADCAP process, and major in aerospace engine is preferred.
Minimum 10 Years’ experience in aerospace engine maintenance fields. Has RB211 / Trent series experience are preferred.
Has working experience to communicate with different level of people in an aviation MRO is preferred.
Has working experience to communicate technical questions with customer, OEM and supplier is preferred.
CAAC license with English grade 4, PWT of R2 is preferred.
Good English level in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
No records of maintenance error in recent 2 years.

在申请新能力时，负责编制技术文件，计划所需的工装设备和器材清单。
负责零件修理单道工序外委工作。
为新员工以及不同级别的车间技术人员和其他部门的工程师提供培训及复训。
完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
了解涡轮发动机结构和功能特性。
熟悉制造商技术手册及工程技术文件体系并能熟练使用。
了解发动机维修方案（EMP）。
熟练掌握发动机工作单卡及工程技术文件的编写和改版工作。
熟练掌握发动机技术手册、AD和SB等相关技术文件的评估和改版工作。
具备扎实的发动机零件修理工艺基础知识，并具备持续改善的能力。
具备编写技术类培训及复训教材并进行授课的能力。
熟悉相关法规和规章。
良好的沟通和协作能力。
教育背景和工作经验要求：
大学本科（含）以上学历或同等学历，特种工艺类专业，其中航空发动机专业优先。
至少10年的航空发动机维修经验。有RB211/Trent系列发动机经验者优先。
拥有与航空MRO不同级别人员沟通的工作经验者优先。
拥有与客户、OEM和供应商沟通技术问题的工作经验者优先。
拥有中国民航航空器维修人员执照（英语四级），R2版PWT优先。
良好的英语听说读写能力。
近2年内无维修差错记录。

Beijing Aero Engine Services Co., Ltd. (BAESL) is a 50-50% joint venture between Rolls-Royce and Air China established in 2022. The newly established company will gradually provide MRO maintenance support for Rolls-Royce Trent 700, Trent XWB-84 and Trent 1000 engines, with plans to operate at maximum capacity by the mid-2030s. It can support 250 Trent series engines into the factory for maintenance every year. The facility will offer MRO services to Air China as well as other airline customers based in Greater China and beyond.
BAESL is the first joint venture company of Trent series in Chinese Mainland and the fourth in the world for Rolls Royce global maintenance network. The establishment marks a solid step forward in the cooperation between Air China and Rolls-Royce in the field of civil engine after-sales maintenance. This move will enrich the coverage of Air China's maintenance section and expand the scope of engine overhaul capabilities, effectively promote the development of the aircraft maintenance industry, effectively reduce the operation and support risk of high-thrust engines, improve the operation level of Aviation China fleet, and further protect the flight safety of the airlines’ fleet. At the same time, it will also promote Air China maintenance system and engine original equipment manufacturers to provide customers with a higher level of regional advantages of maintenance services.
