岗位职责 Responsibility :


该职位涉及进料检验 、过程检验、半成品/成品检验相关的工作，按时完成检验工作，做到“三及时”（取样及时、检验及时、报告及时），“五准确”（取样准确、仪器准确、分析准确、记录计算准确、报告准确）掌握所检样品的技术标准以及样品的类型。
Responsible for incoming inspection related work,process inspection, semi-finished product/finished product inspection ,Complete the inspection work on time, achieve ‘three in time‘ （sampling in time, inspection in time, report in time）, ‘five accurate‘ （sampling accurate, instrument accurate, analysis accurate, record calculation accurate, report accurate） grasp the technical standards of the samples tested and the type of samples.

能配合公司进行轮岗培养。Can cooperate with the company to carry out job rotation training.
主要工作内容 Main job contents ：


1.按照相关标准要求、图纸和参考样品，对原材料、外协件进行检验；
Inspect incoming materials and cooperation parts according to relevant standards, drawings and reference samples.

2.拒收进料中的不合格材料，防止不合格品入库并被投入使用；
Reject unqualified materials in the incoming materials to prevent the unqualified products from being put into storage and put into use.

3.作好进料检验记录，对所检物品的质量情况进行统计、分析并上报；
Make incoming inspection records, summary, analyze and report the quality of the inspected articles.

4.及时向供应商反馈物料质量问题，并提出检意见；
Timely feedback material quality problems to suppliers and provide inspection opinions.

5.按照制程检验规定和检验标准，执行生产制造过程的流程查核和产品检验；
Carry out the process check and product inspection according to the process inspection regulations and inspection standards.

6.按照检验规定和检验标准，执行生产制造过程的完成品产品检验
Implement the finished product inspection in the production and manufacturing process according to the inspection regulations and inspection standards.

7.维护与保养进料检验中用到的检验仪器设备和样品；
Maintain the inspection instruments, equipment and samples used in incoming inspection.

8.完成上级领导交办的其他工作；适当时根据公司订单情况调整工作内容，不同岗位间互相调配
Complete other tasks assigned by superior. adjust the work content according to the company‘s order when appropriate and allocate different positions to each other.

任职资格 Qualifications ：


1. 教育背景 Educational background
高中以上文凭 High school diploma or above


2.工作经验 Work experience
一年以上相关QC工作经验 At least one year related QC working experience


3.硬性技能 Hard skills
掌握基本的电脑和Office操作技巧；Master basic computer and office operation skills.
有一定的基础英文读写水平；Have basic level of English reading and writing skill.
有一定的数据分析能力；Have basic data analysis ability.
熟悉塑胶件/五金件/内衬类/EPS类等物料的检验；Familiar with the inspection of plastic parts / metal parts / interior fabric parts / EPS etc. material.
