作为项目经理，你的岗位职责包括
As a project manager, you will
• 协助项目经理帮助客户履行相关税务合规义务并遵循法定期限；
Assist project leadership in helping clients meet compliance obligations and statutory deadlines;
• 准备税务实操及税务行政复议流程的相关建议，并为客户起草建议和解决方案；
Prepare recommendations of tax administrative and appeals system and processes and drafts advice and solutions for clients;
• 展现必备的专业能力以带给客户高质量的服务体验；
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client;
• 可根据实际情况选择最佳的方式收集、分析数据并提出有效的建议；
Select appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data and develops informed recommendations;
• 可清晰阐明专业技巧及知识如何影响商业业务并将其有效地传达给客户，同时确保在项目中使用适当的技术和方法；
Articulate how technology enables the business and communicates this effectively to clients while ensuring appropriate technologies and methodologies are used on projects;
• 能够运用适当的研究技巧和分析技能作出具有实操性的决策；
Enable fact-based decision making by using appropriate research techniques and analytical skills;
• 与政府部门或外部客户（如有必要）沟通和联络来解决问题、提高服务质量，并确保与相关各方保持良好的工作关系和合作；以及
Communicate and liaise with government departments or external customers (if necessary) to solve problems and improve services, and ensure good working relationships and cooperation with relevant parties; and
• 税务经理分配的其他工作。
Other work assigned by the tax manager.

任职要求：
Qualifications:
• 全日制本科以上学历，税务、会计、金融或类似相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above in Tax, Accounting, Finance or similar related qualification;
• 两至四年在知名国际专业咨询公司工作的经验（四大会计师事务所经验者优先）；
2 to 4 years experiences with a reputable international professional/consulting firm (big 4 experience will be an advantage);
• 深入了解税收政策法规；
In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations；
• 具备专业会计资格、中国注册税务师和律师资格者为加分项；
Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer will be an advantage;
• 具备在客户服务方面优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力；
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;
• 能够在经理的指导下独立完成任务；
Ability to act and operate independently with the direction from manager to accomplish objectives;
• 具备有效的项目管理、优秀的人际关系技巧及沟通能力；
Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential;
• 能够适应节奏较快的工作环境，具备一定的抗压能力；
Able to work in fast pace environment and to sustain pressure;
• 成熟、主动、敬业、上进，有强烈的团队合作意识；
Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork;
• 优秀的普通话和英语书面和口头沟通能力；以及
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English; and
• 可接受外地出差。
Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements.
