Key Accountabilities:

Manage & develop business with key customers
1.Build and maintain good relationship with key accounts for the company.
2.Lead the development of joint business plans (ABP) focusing on driving the customer’s KPIs and sustainable system profitability.
3.Manage the negotiation of trading terms with national key accounts.
4.Actively participate in the execution of national key account contracts to ensure quality and consistent results while driving win/win results
5.Identify business opportunities with key accounts to maximize sales & profit growth potentials for both customers & Costa.
6.Customer Marketing: Initiate and execute trade customer programs for driving CPD.
7.Manage and Control Direct Marketing Expenses so as to ensure spend within company budget and optimize the system ROI.

Optimize the customer service level via execution excellence:
1.Drive Execution Excellence in customer sites, and optimize Costa service level, quality standard, so as to maximize the customer satisfaction and deliver Costa standard.
2.Operation Training : Plan & Deliver Costa Brand and Execution (SOP) training to customer and operators so as to ensure the operator can deliver the best service to Costa consumers.
3.Project Management: Proactively work with cross functional team such as Marketing, Operation, instore design, Bottlers, etc to deliver the projects and innovations.
Required knowledge, skills or experience
1.College degree or above, 8+ years of key account management experience Knowledge and experience in foodservice and convenient store channel is highly preferred
2.Experience in foodservice solution will also be considered value-added
3.The incumbent must also have good negotiation /presentation / communication and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
4.Excellent written and oral English & Chinese skills

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life.
