Your Tasks:

• Support the preparation of management reports, decision papers and status reports.

• Cooperation with internal partners to set the project status and management schedule.

• Communication and coordination among multi-functional departments and teams.

• Tracking of project progress effectively, identification of risks and development and tracking of measures to reduce them.

• Assurance of good customer relations from initiation to finalizing projects.

• Assurance of the fulfilling of timing, cost, efficiency and quality standards for the project and detection and integration of optimization measures.

岗位职责：

1. 协助准备管理报告、决策文件及状态报告；

2. 与内部合作伙伴制定项目状态和管理进度；

3. 负责多职能部门及团队间沟通及协调；

4. 有效跟踪项目进展并识别风险，制定及跟踪风险降低措施；

5. 保障客户关系自项目启动到最终完成维持良好；

6. 保障项目完成时间、成本、效率和质量标准，检测并整合优化措施。
Your Skills:

• Engineering degree in automotive, electrical, mechanical or similar field.

• 5 years’ experience in technical project management in automotive field.

• Technical understanding of software platform and development process and agile project management experience is required.

• Fluent written and spoken language skills in English, German is a plus.

• Knowledge of VW Group processes is a plus.

• Soft Skills & Attitude: Strong verbal and written communication skills, highly self-organized work mode with the willingness to learn and ability to show up critical topics and addressing them openly as well as strong problem-solving skills.

任职要求：

1. 汽车工程、电气工程、机械工程等其他相关专业毕业；

2. 具备5年汽车领域技术项目管理经验；

3. 具备敏捷项目管理经验，及软件平台、开发过程方面技术知识；

4. 具备流利的英文读写能力；有德语能力者可优先考虑；

5. 熟悉VW流程者可优先考虑；

6. 具备持续性学习、善于沟通、善于自我管理及较强的问题解决能力等特质。
