Tasks:
工作职责：

Support in the management and organization of the local clip workshop in China
支持本地链夹工厂的组织管理
Responsible for the assembly of the clip, including clip overhaul in terms of quality, quantity and deadline
负责夹子的组装，大修的质量、数量及完成时间
Operational involvement, i.e. setting up presses yourself, assembling clips, carrying out the final inspection and monitoring daily work
参与操作即自主设置压力机、组装夹子、最终验收及监督日常工作
Planning and implementing measures to increase productivity and quality as well as expand automation
规划和实施提高生产力、质量及扩大自动化的措施
Visits to customers in China with a time share of approx. 20% of the total working time (assignments lasting 5-10 days) for repairs and conversions
就维修和改装拜访国内客户，大约占总工作时间的20%，每次出差持续5-10天。
Mainly telephone correspondence with customers and advice/support on technical questions
与客户电话沟通并就技术问题给予建议与支持。


Requirements:

10 years of experience in the area of film stretching lines or similar
薄膜拉伸生产线及相关领域10年工作经验
Very good technical knowledge of film stretching systems and technologies
非常熟悉薄膜拉伸系统及技术
Experience in dealing with customers and confident appearance when visiting custom-ers independently
面对客户自信从容，处理客户问题游刃有余
Knowledge of lean and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) methods, knowledge of automation is an advantage
熟悉精益和持续改善流程方法，具备自动化知识尤佳
Very good, business-fluent language skills in English, Chinese native language
母语中文，英文流利
Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience
主动性、团队合作能力及适应性强
Ability to train customer employees and your own employees in the technology and work steps used
在技术和工作步骤方面培训客户和工厂员工
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
熟练使用Office和SAP
