负责海外项目人力资源模块的实施计划,包括不限于人员招聘,员工关系和薪酬福利集团化管理等,为业务部门提供充足的人力支持和人才保障;
Be responsible for the implementation plan of the HR all functions for overseas projects, including but not limited to staff
recruitment, employee relations, and group management of compensation & benefits, providing sufficient HR support and talent guarantee for business departments;
负责海外人力资源市场数据调研和分析,包括不限于人才分析,薪酬福利,竞争对手分析和绩效考核与发展等,优化人力资源管理
Be responsible for conducting research & analysis on overseas HR market data, including but not limited to talent analysis, compensation & benefits, competitor analysis, performance evaluation & talent development, and optimizing HR management.
制定和落地项目管理流程、管理规定、工作流程持续优化;
Develop and implement project management processes, management regulations, and continuously optimize work processes;
➢ 协助业务部门搭建可持续发展的人才梯队,识别、诊断业务部门人才发展问题,提供合理解决方案并推动落地
Assist the business department in building a sustainable talent pool, identify and diagnose talent development issues of the business department, provide reasonable solutions, and promote implementation
参与海外项目会议,合理调度内外部资源,支持总部 HR 政策在海外项目落地执行
Participate in overseas project conference, allocate internal & external resources reasonably, and support the implementation of HR policies at the headquarters in overseas projects
支持在海外项目传承公司文化,建设沟通渠道,保证组织的持续健康成长;
Support the inheritance of company culture in overseas projects, establish communication channels, and ensure the sustained and healthy growth of the organization.
负责国内外外籍员工的工作许可和居留许可办理,包括不限于新办,转签,续办和注销等
Be responsible for handling work permit and residence permit for both domestic and overseas expatriates, including but not limited to new applications, transfers, renewals, and cancellations
严格把控外籍证件办理的合规合法性,控制和优化成本预算
Strictly control the compliance and legality of expatriates’ certificates processing, and control and optimize cost budgets

本科以上学历,人力资源等相关专业,有澳洲留学和工作经历或知名公司海外区域工作经验者优先;
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources or related fields.
Having the experience of studying and working in Australia or working in overseas regions of well-known companies are preferred
5 年以上相关工作经验,具备海外人力资源管理经验,了解澳洲劳动法律法规,集团化管理公司海外业务人力资源背景优先;
More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with overseas HR management experience, understanding of Australian labor
laws and regulations, and having HR experience of overseas business in group management companies
具备较强的沟通的能力,出色的组织协调能力及谈判能力;
Strong communication skills, excellent organizational & coordination skills and negotiation skills;

优秀的英语沟通能力;
Excellent English communication skills
