Job Responsibilities 职责描述:

1.Manage all items’ project follow-up and customers’ order processing from production start to shipment completion.
2.Review cost rationality and response to RFQ in a timely manner.
3.Keep track of production schedule, weekly capacity, and quality consistency to ensure produced goods are meeting demand plan and performance acceptance criteria, and compliant with US/ international safety requirement.
4.Responsible for timeline reporting and key milestones tracking of all US and International customer orders to make sure on-time development/testing and delivery.
5.Handle product development projects including existing product reskin, rebrand, and continuous improvement projects for repeat items.
6.Actively communicate with US counterparts, suppliers, internal departments, and 3rd party developers and testing labs.
7.Participate in customer compliant investigation and CAPA execution in production.

Job Requirements 岗位要求:

1. Minimum 5 years solid working experience or above in Toys field. Experience and knowledge in dolls, girl’s items, STEM, creative toys is a plus.
2. US DI operation experience is preferred.
3. Experience in major buying offices/agents and manufacturing, familiar with US & European markets standard and requirement.
4. Perform multiple tasks at same time and strong sense of timeline management.
5. Good communication skills with fluent English in both written and spoken.
6. Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
7. Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent. A problem solver and good team player.
8. Frequent travel required.
