(1) Complete the opening and closing work according to operational requirements.
按照运营要求，完成相关开馆与闭馆工作
(2) Provide quality services to customers in accordance with operational SOP and strive to improve customers satisfaction.
按照运营服务程序与标准，为游客提供优质的服务，努力提升游客满意度
(3) Maintain interaction with customers and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
与顾客保持互动并以友好和专业的方式，解答顾客的疑问
(4) Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the workflow and operational standards.
按照售票工作流程和操作规范为顾客提供优质的售票服务
(5) Familiar with various types of ticket prices and rules of use, etc.
熟悉掌握各类票种价格及使用规则等
(6) Good control of ticketing system, ticketing equipment and ticket checking equipment operation and maintenance.
熟练掌握票务系统，售票设备及检票设备的操作及维护
(7) Verification of different kinds of tickets.
根据不同票种，正确核销门票
(8) Strictly abide by the financial rules, keep the bills and cash properly and ensure the accuracy.
严格遵守财务管理制度，妥善保管票据、现金，确保收银准确率
(9) Work with line manager on day-to-day operation.
