1. Job Summary:
主要工作内容概述:
Responsible for assisting Admission manager in managing ticketing related affairs.
负责协助票务经理管理票务相关事宜
2. Key duties and responsibilities:
主要工作职责:
(1) Assist in the operation management and personnel management of the ticketing team.
协助负责票务团队的运营管理及人员管理
(2) Assist in special ticket processing and group reception.
协助负责现场特殊票种处理及团队顾客接待
(3) Good sales awareness and sales skills, leading the admission team to achieve sales targets.
有良好的销售意识及销售技巧,带领票务团队完成销售指标
(4) Strengthen the professional knowledge and skills of ticketing staff, improve the accuracy of ticket issuance, and reduce the customer complaint rate.
加强票务人员的专业知识技能,提高出票准确率、降低客诉率
(5) Responsible for training the staffs of the FOH and supervising the training courses of the operation department, the training courses should include but not limited to operation system training, standard operation process, testing, checklist sign-off, etc.
协助负责培训票务团队的培训,并监督培训课程情况,培训课程内容应包括但不限于票务系统培训、标准运营流程、测试、检查清单签核等
(6) Assist in reconciling ticket sales data, finding variances and resolving.
协助核对票务销售数据,查找差异并解决
(7) Assist admission manager to complete ticketing data analysis and adjust on-site ticketing sales plan.
协助票务经理完成票务数据分析及调整现场票务销售方案
(8) Work with line manager on day-to-day operation.

3. Knowledge, skills, and education required:
必备的知识、技能和教育背景:
(1) Skills in Mandarin & English Communication.
具有中文和英语沟通能力
(2) Skilled in MS office operation.
熟悉办公电脑软件
(3) Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with conflict.
具有高效独自处理问题的能力
(4) Strong statistical and billing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
具备较强的统计、结算能力及出色的沟通能力、人际交往能力
(5) Experience in ticketing of theme park, performing arts theme and at least 3 years’ work experience in admission management and team management.
有主题乐园、演艺类场馆票务相关经验,拥有至少3年以上票务管理和团队管理经验
