岗位职责:

• Support Hanshow’s overseas offices, by drafting and reviewing various standard and non-standard contracts and related documents, including but not limited to, supply agreements, distributor agreements, SaaS agreements and related information security schedules, SOWs, NDAs, and other related documents;

• Assist in establishing best practices and optimizing the contract process through the use of technology.

• Advise Hanshow management of legal, compliance, and risk management issues related to existing and contemplated commercial transactions and initiatives.

• Monitor legal, legislative, and regulatory trends applicable to the business.

• Enhance processes and programs to ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable law, and regulations, as well as customer expectations and commercial commitments.

• Assist with other legal and compliance projects as directed.

任职要求:

• LLM or equivalent degree in USA or UK.

• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) .

• 1-3 years of legal experience in either a law firm or in-house at a high-growth technology company with an emphasis on retail/technology industry.

• Solid understanding of business dynamics and demonstrated ability in developing sensible and commercially reasonable compromise positions.

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, complex environment utilizing technology to interact with colleagues.

• Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional analytical, issue-spotting, and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated capability to quickly analyze complex factual situations and legal requirements, evaluate key risk issues, and make appropriate decisions.
