Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Daily operation and maintenance of HVAC, gas and ventilation system

• Major renovation and CAPEX of HVAC, gas and ventilation system

• MEP drawings review and site inspection of tenant fit-out

• Local authority coordination and compliance

• Assist the Assistant Technical Manager on the matters

• Manage the technicians & contractors on routine repair and maintenance work

Major Tasks & Activities:

• Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC, gas and ventilation system to guarantee reliable and high-efficiency performance.

• Provide solution and guide technician to eliminate effect of accident to operation within required schedule.

• Be responsible for MEP system drawings review, construction inspection of tenant fit-out. Coordination of tenant’s requirement and site provision.

• Manage design, bidding, construction and handover of vendor’s works.

• Manage major renovation and CAPEX work to achieve quality, cost, schedule and safety targets.

• Monitor and control energy consumption of HVAC and gas system by optimizing operation and technical renovation. Achieve energy saving target.

• Manage sustainable development work of tenant in accordance with company’s policy, such as green kitchen, tenant energy audit.

• Coordinate with consultant, contractor and supervision company on the technical issues.

• Manage the project progress, safety and quality.

• Coordinate with the Government Department to get the related approval/agreement.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements：
• College degree or above in HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, building service or architectural engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years in facility management. Project management experience is a plus.

• Professional qualification in design, construction management, Green Building etc. is a plus.

• Basic English skills in reading and writing. Higher level command of English is preferred.

• Basic PC skills (word, Excel, PPT), CAD, MS, etc
