招聘单位是一家国资金融机构，机构业务发展稳定且注重在IT的投入
工作地点在北京二环
工作内容
1、负责数据库的日常操作、安装、配置、监控、维护、备份和恢复等工作；
2、负责数据库的运行维护和数据安全管理；
3、根据业务需求，协助进行数据库设计的优化；
4、配合团队成员完成数据库相关的SQL语句、触发器、存储过程和表的设计工作；
5、协助进行数据库性能检查，并对SQL语句进行基本的优化。
6、负责超融合虚拟化服务器的生成及管理运维，安全基线配置，操作系统补丁升级工作等。

理想的求职者
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，拥有OCP RHCE以上资格认证；
2、具备一定的系统（操作系统、数据库、网络）问题诊断和处理能力；
3、熟悉windows server、linux或unix操作系统的操作，有编写shell脚本的基础；
4、了解MYSQL 读写分离集群、ORACLE RAC数据库维护，能够对业务需求作出响应，并具备基本的数据库性能优化知识；
5、具备一定的数据库逻辑设计和物理设计的理解；
6、了解数据库高可用性部署方案的基础知识；
7、 具有基础的数据库读写分离或数据迁移的了解和实践优先考虑；
