RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1. Responsible for the daily management of guard and cleaning to ensure the safety and comfort of the factory environment.
负责保安和保洁的日常管理,保障工厂环境的安全与舒适。
2. Support on conference preparation, including tea breaks and seating.
支持会议准备，包括茶歇和座位安排。
3. Support on canteen management, organize the meal committee meeting regularly, maintain good dining environment.
支持食堂管理，定期与员工沟通，维护良好的用餐环境。
4. Check and apply for administrative fees. (Such as the electric and water charge, green plant charge ETC.）
行政类费用的核对及申请。（如水电费， 绿植等。）
5. Responsible for the reception of outside visitors and hotel arrangements.
负责来访者的接待和酒店安排。
6. Support casher issues.
协助财务出纳工作。
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES任职要求
1. Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
必须具有团队合作精神，表现出良好的团队合作能力和沟通技巧。
2. College degree or above, MS office skill
专科及以上学历，会使用MS办公软件
3. Good oral and written English is a plus
