1、Familiar with Auto interior trim part structure / surface design & production process, have design or development experience of Headliner, Carpet, Sunvisor, Insulator and other soft trim part will be plus;
2、Can follow part 3D & 2D DWG design by CATIA expertly;
3、At least 2 years of interior trim part design experience, have experience of project management or process will be plus;
4、Familiar with IATF16949 system and application of five core tools;
5、Familiar with software AUTOCAD, OFFICE, etc.;
6、Excellent communication & presentation and team work;
7、CET 6 grade and English could be working language, Knowledge of Thai is preferred;
8、Carefully, cautious, strong sense of responsibility and excellent comprehensive analysis & judgment ability;
9、Strong learning ability & can apply to actual working; Can adapt to business trip;
10、Ability to work under pressure, can accept overtime;
Responsibility describe：
1、Response for new model production feasibility analysis, support making TR & communicate with Thailand RD and meeting with customer;
2、As coordinator between Chinese OEM & Thailand team, support clarify Technical concept & requirement to make Thailand team understand more clear;
3、Response for 3D data & 2D DWG design, DFMEA and other design documents making, release & update;
4、Response for part Engineering analysis & check fitting with surrounding part design, make proposal & feedback to customer;
5、 Response for support communicate with Thailand about production process;
6、Support Tooling & C/F concept communication with customer and feedback to Thailand;
7、 Coordinate with Thailand for support new model development in Thailand, make sure project schedule meet with customer milestone;
8、Finish other working assigned by leader;
