Responsibilities:
1.     Develop and oversee the overall off-line business strategy and plans for the Brand.
2.     Build up upgrade off-line store retail management in current modern context.
3.     Initiate and supervise the actions to drive growth, profitability, and operation efficiency and productivity.
4.     Establish, track and monitor KPI to assess of retail performance and to motivate teams.
5.     Keep updated information about competitor, trends, and customer initiatives, adjust and improve retail strategy according to the market change
6.     Supervise on marketing strategy planning, to build brand awareness and drive business 
7.     Deep knowledge on shopping malls in national scope, have clear planning for store development.
8.     Collaborate with design & buying department to set product and category strategy.
9.     Leverage tools and resources to exceed business objectives including but not limited to annual performance goals.
10.   Lead, coach and manage a competitive team to reach the goal of the business.
11.   Constantly updating the objectives and methods of CRM strategy according to the retail market situation can be effectively implemented in the store customer experience and maintenance
12.   According to different time, solar terms, promotion methods, platform publicity (such as Douyin, Redbook, Wechat, mini programs), etc., continue to increase customer stickiness and consumption.
13.   E-commerce retail sales management, the use of different online consumption festivals to promote the brand to do a good job in brand publicity, enhance customer consumption and obtain long-term continuous cooperation
 
Core Competencies required:
1.    Strong business acumen and leadership, drive business with strong entrepreneur mindset
2.    Deep understanding of apparel industry in China market, extensive knowledge of sales strategy planning and management, retail operation and channel management. Drive integration of current retail practices.
3.    Aware of the competition and retail landscape, and knowledge of consumer trends; see clearly ahead and can create channel breakthrough solutions.
4.    Drive Go-to-Market and planning processes to ensure optimal execution of product launch, inventory, visual presentation and marketing to maximize sales, profitability
5.    With ability to handle business issue, risk and uncertainty; makes good decisions based on mixture of analysis, experience and judgment.
6.    Sensibility of knowing retail evolution such as channel, new store project development.
7.    Track record in creating and implementing strategies that drive sales growth and operational development and efficiency.
8.    Strong communication skill, to influence and engage internal and external customers/stakeholders.(landlords)
9.    Bachelor degree or above
10. More than 15 years sales and marketing experience in apparel related industry, and at least 5 years commercial leadership experience
11. Passion for fashion, with innovation spirit to bring new working way under the fast-pace environment
12. Self-driven and being resilient;Learning ability & Quick Learner
13. Flexibility on national travelling
14. Have EC retail experience is preferred
