职位描述：
1. 制定并执行公司发展战略，确保公司的长期稳定发展；
2. 领导公司日常运营，优化管理体系，提升运营效率；
3. 拓展市场渠道，增强品牌影响力，提高市场占有率；
4. 组建并培养高效团队，激发员工潜能，打造优秀企业文化；
5. 负责与政府部门、行业协会等外部机构的沟通与协调。
任职要求：
1. 硕士以上学历，生物化学专业；
2. 疫苗行业优先考虑，创新药行业也可以考虑。五年以上总经理或副总高层管理经验；
3. 财务背景或者研发背景，已成功转型运营。负责公司全盘运营，需要有全流程的全面管理经验，如研发、产品、营销、管理等。
4. 具备深厚的行业洞察力，熟悉疫苗行业发展趋势及政策法规；
5. 优秀的领导力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，能够带领团队应对挑战；
6. 具备强烈的责任心和使命感，关注人类健康事业，愿意为公司发展贡献自己的力量。
