职责描述:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

• Coordinates and works with other IT infrastructure departments and external providers to deliver mission critical services to Zhanjiang site.
• Introduce and promote new IT Innovations, performance as the digitalization enabler for Zhanjiang site.
• Support local IT Infrastructure projects.
• Maintains and coordinate Zhanjiang site Servers, Storages, VM and Server rooms.

Main tasks

• Coordinate local On-site activities in the site in support of SLAs, of internal teams and external providers, for daily infrastructure services, related to Workplace support, Network support and Server support. Is the Local contact for IT service providers.
• Operate local specific solutions, services and specialties installed in the site.
• Perform the required local tasks for implementations (and rollouts) of change requests and projects in the site.
• Perform resolution activities for all service, incident and problem escalations arising in the site. Works closely with the respective teams to bring about timely communication, restoration and closure. Trigger further escalations where required.
• Perform data update and maintenance such that data pertaining to locally installed IS assets in the site is timely updated in the global asset databases, and that usage statistics are accurately reported as required.
• Support infrastructure service and solution content expert(s) for the purpose of enhancing user support and for the designing of effective.
任职要求:
What we expect

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related technical degree.
• Minimum 3~5 years of information technology experience required.
• Good communication skill in spoken and written English.
• Excellence experience in workplace support, IT infrastructure maintenance. MCSE is preferable.
• Good understanding and sense in Cyber Security, with basic Cloud Technologies (Azure, AliCloud) knowledge.
• Optional: Low Code such as Power BI and Power Apps, AI knowledges.
• Working Location: Zhanjiang, Guangdong.
